Support to Penninsula Farm Bahrain

Sheikh Rashid Khalifa, owner of Bahrain's largest hydroponics farm, contacted Rudi Azzato of Emirates Hydroponics Farms back in late 2013 to seek support for their  distressed hydroponics business. Within days on contacting Rudi, Skh Rashid traveled to Abu Dhabi U.A.E to know more about Rudi and the success behind Emirates Hydroponics Farms. Convinced with what Skh Rashid had seen at EHF he requested Rudi as their new adviser / consultant until such a time that Rudi was able to secure a professional  person to take over this role and full time management.

Rudi's role was to temporally oversee and transform their struggling business  back to profitability,  in the kingdom of Bahrain. Rudi's immediate recommendation was adjusting their existing nutrient solution, as well as lowering their 2.5 mtr high A-frame tables used for lettuce production to a lower and manageable height, which resulted in an immediate improvement in quality, weight and coloration of lettuces.

Rudi also recommended several possible candidates to Skh Rashid for the role as management. The successful candidate to be was  Mr. Grahame Dunling from the U.K, who was flown in to Bahrain for his interview together with Skh Rashid and Rudi.

Today, with the initial support from Rudi and ongoing support from Grahame, Peninsula Farm is set for a bright future. Dr_Mike_Nichols____Rudi_Azzato_.jpg
